Would you like to play out campaigns that are precisely targeted to the recipient?
Use the Mailtastic target group to combine contacts and accounts in one list. With our receiver-based campaigns, you can target members of different target groups with individual banner campaigns.

Creating a target group always makes sense if you want to use an individual campaign for specific recipients - e.g. Accounts.
If you and your colleagues are in touch with contacts from very different customer segments, then it makes sense to create target groups for these different segments. As a result, each contact person receives content for every connection that is especially relevant for their customer segment.
e.g.
Target group "Automotive": The banner for the presence at the next IAA
Target group "Telecommunication": The banner for your new product for the telecommunications industry
Target group "Software": The banner for your new software update
Do you have customers who use different products or prices? Use the segments to provide targeted information on your other products and services and point out products that might also be of interest to your customers.
Do you have customers who require special support? Create a target group for your key account. Now you have the possibility to display highly relevant and individual content for these customers. As a result, you get a consistently better impression of which topics your customer is interested in, whilst also turning communication into a special experience for your contact.
Is it important for you to make different information available to customers and interested parties at different times? Simply create target groups for the different stages that your contacts go through over time.
e.g.
Target group "Prospect":
Target group "Lead":
Target group "Opportunity":
Target group "Customer":

The easiest way to create a target group is to import a contact list from your CRM. Therefore simply set up the integration to your CRM. You can find all CRM integrations at "Integrations" -> "Marketing Integrations". Once established the connection to your CRM you can select the corresponding CRM from the list of CRMs when creating a Target Group.
Such target groups linked to a contact list from your CRM are automatically kept up-to-date.
Depending on the CRM that you are working with you can make various settings in the CRM integration itself that affect the import of contacts from CRM contact lists to Mailtastic. For further details please check the help desk article of the corresponding CRM you integrate with.

Target groups are created in the blink of an eye. Simply upload a CSV with the desired accounts, or create accounts manually.
-
Via CSV file you can not only add new accounts to a target group, but also synchronize the accounts of a target group with the accounts of a CSV file and update account metadata.
Simply call up the corresponding target group and select "Synchronize Accounts with CSV" (Add Accounts).

While in your CRM a contact (email address of a lead or a domain of a company) can be part of multiple contact lists, in Mailtastic each contact can only be part of one Mailtastic Target Group at a time. Please read our article about Campaign Priorities to learn how to define in which target group a contact should assigned to in Mailtastic.

Assign a recipient-based campaign to your target group so that recipients who belong to the target group always have the matching campaign banner displayed when receiving an email. The right campaign banner is automatically displayed regardless of the sender.
If the recipient is part of a target group to which no campaign is assigned, either no campaign banner is displayed, or the campaign banner of the sender, if available, depending on the setting.
