We've been working on an improved web interface for Mailtastic for quite a while now. Now the beta version of our new app is available and with it the first slew of new features.
The most important changes:
The team working on improving our app performance is far from finished, but we've already been able to significantly improve the load times of a lot of content with the new app.
If you arrive in the new app, you'll notice it right away: There's a new control center that makes it easier for new users to get started and makes the most important options available right on the first page for experienced users.
With the new app, a completely new signature editor has also been added to Mailtastic. While the old signature editor was functional but more for the tech-savvy user, the new editor allows anyone to design professional signatures in no time.
The new editor is based on the principle of templates. The template basically specifies how the user's data is arranged within the signature. In a next step, the final design of the signature - e.g. colors, fonts, etc. - can be defined. As usual, all user and company data can still be customized directly in the editor.
For all those who find the template editor not individual enough: Don't panic. Signatures can still be created in the old editor - for this we link the user again to the old environment. In addition, we will of course still create completely individualized signatures on request.
Whenever the Mailtastic admin sends an end user instructions for a Mailastic signature, the end user gets to a personal microsite with the corresponding instructions. We have now completely redesigned this microsite. The end user can now more easily navigate between "Edit personal data" and "Signature instructions". We have also improved the process of how the user can search for the appropriate integration method to match their email programs.
The number of methods how signatures are made available in different mail programs is constantly increasing. Same applies for importing users from directories to Mailtastic. In addition, we are constantly developing new integrations to marketing tools.
Especially to make it easier for new users to find the integrations that fit their tech stack, we have redesigned the "Integrations" section.
In the Integrations Finder, users can filter the integrations that fit their needs by answering a few questions.
In addition, each integration now offers better guidance - tailored to the use case: end user or admin.
For those who are new to Mailtastic, or use the app only irregularly, the Get-Started-Guide offers a good assistance. The Mailtastic admin gets here a step-by-step guide to the different actions necessary to set up the Mailtastic account properly, invite other users and finally start with their own signatures.
We have reworked the "Settings" section and partly adjusted the groupings of functions.
As already mentioned, the new web interface is only the first step for a whole series of improvements we will release in the next weeks and months.

Note: A few features you are used to from the "old" web interface are not yet available in the new interface and will follow in the next days.

The new web interface is still in beta phase ant not yet perfect - all the more important is your feedback! Where are there problems, which changes do you like, which not? Please take a moment to write your feedback or comment to our chat or directly to your customer access manager.
Thank you - your Mailtastic-Team!
