We know you are ready to start creating your personalized signatures so that you use it in your mail client and/or assign it to your colleagues. Before you get started it is important that you edit your personal data.
It is important that you edit your data upfront so that when you assign yourself a signature or the department you are apart of a signature, your data will automatically fill in within the placeholders you created for your signatures.
Let's get started!
First click on the "Company" tab on the left-hand side of your screen then click on "All Employees."
Next go ahead and click on yourself, which will then open up your user profile. You will then go ahead and click on "Edit user data." This will then open up where your personal data is stored that will be used in the placeholders that you create within your signature.
Once you filled out all of the fields that you will want, go ahead and click "Save data" at the bottom.
You can come back to this page anytime you would like to edit your information as well as repeat this step for each of your colleagues that you import into Mailtastic if you want to add/edit their information later on.
