Individual employees should be given individual standard signatures (e.g. for replies or new messages)? No problem!
1) In your Mailtastic account, click on "Company-Employee" and select the desired employee.
2)In the employee profile you can choose between "global" and "individual" settings under "standard signatures of the employee".
The "Global" setting is activated by default, i.e. each employee receives the standard signature that is stored for him/her by means of the Global Default Setting. More about standard signatures can be found here. If the employee should receive a different standard signature (or none at all), please select "Individual settings".
3)If you change the setting to "individual" the current setting will be overwritten.
An example: The employee Johnson from the Sales department does not want to have a signature in his mails when replies/forwards are being sent.
To do this, select Mr. Johnson and change the setting for "Replies/Forwards" to "individual". Now you can change the desired signature or deselect it.
Note: Mailtastic does not remove standard signatures from mail clients, i.e. in Outlook, the change must be manually implemented again by the respective employee.
