In order for your signature to show the correct information about you - e.g. position and contact details - you have to add this information to your Mailtastic user profile.
To do this, click on Company -> Employees in the navigation bar on the left. Now select your profile and then click on Edit user data.
Here you can now enter the information that should appear in your signature, including your employee picture.
