Every once in a while it may happen that you need a plaintext version (only text format) of your signature.

How do I create a Plain Text Signature?
Open the "Edit Signature" mode and navigate to the "Plain Text" tab. There you can enter a plaintext variant for your Mailtastic signature.
The plaintext version of a signature is anchored in every HTML signature and is automatically used when your colleagues write Outlook mails in plaintext, for example. If you do not store a plaintext signature, Outlook automatically generates its own version that often doesn't look very nice.
Otherwise, there is also a corresponding integration guide, which your employees can use to retrieve the plaintext signatures.
Plain text signatures can also be used on mobile devices: With most mail apps on Android devices, the use of HTML signatures is unfortunately not possible. If you deposit a plaintext variant for a signature, your colleagues can integrate the plaintext signature into your Android mail app in no time at all.
