If you want to separate the performance of your own employees from the performance of external domains, you can store the domains of your own company as "Internal Domains".
-
1. Exclude click notifications from internal domains
If you use notifications, in some cases it can be useful to exclude the actions of your own colleagues. When you have the "notification" page open (located in the marketing tab on the left hand side of the page), and select "Create Notifications", you have the option of NOT triggering any notifications that are triggered by domains that have been defined as "Internal Domains".
-
2. Ignore the entire performance of your own employees
If you want to exclude the tracking of any performance of your own employees within Mailtastic, you can "Ignore Actions of Internal Domains".
ATTENTION: Clicks and impressions generated by domains defined as internal will not be tracked and will not appear within the Mailtastic statistics.
