Use "Notifications" to keep yourself and your team up to date about the performance and interests of your target groups and any interested parties.
-
You can create any number of notifications with different triggers, different recipient groups and different delivery times. The different message types can also be combined.
Create notifications to keep your teams informed of important events.
Important: You will only receive notifications for clicks generated by identified accounts. Clicks from unknown recipients are counted normally in Mailtastic, but will not be included in your notifications.
-
Use direct notifications to turn every action of your target groups and any interested parties into a sales opportunity / touchpoint.
This notification mode allows you to send an email to a selected group of recipients immediately after they click on a specific campaign, from a specific target group or from a specific domain.
Set up a recurring summary to receive a report on the corresponding activities at regular intervals.
-
Provide your sales team with an overview of the interest of different target groups or your customers and interested parties in current topics, products, events, etc. and create new opportunities for your colleagues.
Inform your sales team immediately about interactions with prospects you haven't seen before.
Provide your key account manager with an overview of all interactions and interests of their key accounts and help them to get an even more accurate picture of the customer.
And many more: With the Mailtastic notification kit you can create all important notifications easily.
-
If this option is active, clicks on domains defined as internal domains under "Internal domains" do not trigger a notification. If "Ignore actions of internal domains" is activated, clicks on the internal domains will not trigger any notifications even if "Ignore internal clicks" is activated.
By default, the metadata of the account is displayed in the notifications to provide the viewer with a better context for the domain. If you do not want the metadata displayed in certain notifications, you can disable this option.
By default, the source of the click, i.e. the e-mail address of the sender whose signature banner was used to generate the click, is displayed. This helps to get a better impression of which colleagues are in contact with which accounts and target groups. Deactivate this option to hide the e-mail address of the respective employee.
