Interesting: Mailtastic does not send e-mails. All e-mails that leave your company are sent via your mail server or the application into which you integrate Mailtastic. This means that the e-mail signatures and campaign banners are sent to the e-mail before an e-mail is sent. For this purpose we usually start at the corresponding client.

Fully automated integration
We offer fully automated integration for Office 365 and G Suite. Users can be automatically created as Mailtastic users andcorresponding signatures can be provided and updated. Other systems can also be connected fully automatically via our API. The employees themselves no longer have a point of contact with the subject of e-mail signatures.

Semi-automatic integration
If you use Outlook or Apple Mail outside a cloud, you simply have to create the desired employees at Mailtastic - this can be done manually via Excel or CSV import or via our API. The signatures and campaign banners can be automatically stored and updated with the employee via our Sync program EasySync. EasySync can be installed by each employee themselves, or centrally by the IT department.

Manual Integration
In some cases, individual employees use e-mail programs that do not have automatic integration. With Mailtastic, you can easily notify employees when an e-mail signature is to be integrated. The employee then receives an e-mail where they can simply select the e-mail program. They then receive a suitable integration guide in which he or she can easily integrate the Mailtastic signature into their e-mail program.

In principle, Mailtastic can be integrated into any system in which HTML code works. For example in your accounting tool, your newsletter, your shopware or on your website.
Via the web tools integration manual of the corresponding user you will receive the HTML code to integrate the desired Mailtastic contents into the corresponding environment.

FAQ
Q: What is the cost of integration for the employees?
A: As much or as little as you like. You can do the complete Maitlastic integration without your employees, or you can ask your employees to do the integration themselves and add any missing data for the signature.
Q: Do I need IT to integrate Mailtastic?
A: In many cases you do not need the IT. Nevertheless, we recommend that you close the gap with your IT. In our experience, with a little help, the integration is much faster and your IT will be thrilled to help you finally take over the subject of "e-mail signatures" completely.
